General Conditions

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• error-free operation;
• uninterrupted availability;
• data preservation.

User Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and backups. Without an account, data is stored locally on your device.

Account and Sync

If you use Google / Apple ID:

• data is synced via Firebase;
• access depends on third-party providers.

We cannot restore access to third-party accounts.

AI analysis:

• is informational only;
• is not professional advice;
• is used at your own risk.

Subscriptions and Purchases

6.1 Types

• Premium subscription — weekly, monthly, or annual;
• One-time ad removal — permanent ad-free experience via a single payment.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period.
• Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, access to Premium remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed via App Store / Google Play.
• Cancellation is handled via your store account settings.

Important Payment Notice

Payments are handled exclusively by Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple Inc. and Google LLC:

• are not parties to these Terms;
• are not responsible for the App;
• are responsible only for payment processing within their platforms.

Advertising

Ads may be shown in the free version via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.

Intellectual Property

All rights belong to Core Helper Lab. You may not:

• copy;
• reverse engineer;
• distribute the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• indirect damages;
• loss of data;
• lost profits;
• damages from use or inability to use the App.

Age Requirement

The App is intended for users 13 years and older.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
