These Terms govern your use of the mobile application Fitence: Workout Planner, developed by Core Helper Lab. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
General Conditions
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- error-free operation;
- uninterrupted availability;
- data preservation.
User Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and backups. Your data is stored locally on your device; you can keep a backup with the in-app export (Profile → Export / Import).
Accounts
The App does not currently offer user accounts, sign-in or cloud sync, so we cannot restore data lost with your device. If accounts are introduced, these Terms will be updated.
Medical Disclaimer
AI Features
AI output:
- is informational only;
- is not medical or professional fitness advice;
- is used at your own risk.
The App's AI features — workout analysis, starter-program generation and a review of your training over a period with program suggestions — are optional and generated by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, PBC). Your workout, profile and questionnaire data is sent to this provider only after you give explicit in-app consent. The categories of data shared, the purpose, and your choices are described in our Privacy Policy (Section 4.5).
Subscriptions and Purchases
6.1 Types
- Premium subscription — weekly, monthly, or annual;
- One-time ad removal — permanently removes banner and interstitial ads via a single payment. Optional rewarded videos, which you can choose to watch to unlock an AI feature, may still be offered.
6.2 Billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period.
- Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, access to Premium remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are processed via App Store / Google Play.
- Cancellation is handled via your store account settings.
Important Payment Notice
Payments are handled exclusively by Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple Inc. and Google LLC:
- are not parties to these Terms;
- are not responsible for the App;
- are responsible only for payment processing within their platforms.
Advertising
Ads may be shown in the free version via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
Intellectual Property
All rights belong to Core Helper Lab. You may not:
- copy;
- reverse engineer;
- distribute the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect damages;
- loss of data;
- lost profits;
- damages from use or inability to use the App.
Age Requirement
The App is intended for users 13 years and older.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
